AironPlay Terms and Conditions –
Know the Rules Before You Play

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the AironPlay platform at aironplay.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you create your AironPlay account or place your first bet — whichever comes first.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the AironPlay platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To open and use an AironPlay account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. AironPlay strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• You must be accessing AironPlay for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party or in a professional capacity that conflicts with fair play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of AironPlay or any of its software or service providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from AironPlay or any other gaming platform under a court order, regulatory requirement, or voluntary self-exclusion programme that remains active.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

AironPlay reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You may only hold one AironPlay account. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering on AironPlay, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password — confidential and secure. AironPlay will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Notify AironPlay immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account details promptly if any registered information changes, such as your contact number or linked payment method.

AironPlay implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to comply with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, or driver's licence), a selfie, and/or proof of address before full account functionality — particularly withdrawals — is enabled.

AironPlay supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

All transactions on AironPlay are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement, not a convenience restriction.
• Withdrawals will only be released to accounts registered in the same name as the AironPlay account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• AironPlay processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. Most e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are completed within a few hours; bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held for security or verification purposes. AironPlay will notify the account holder if additional documentation is required.
• AironPlay reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of account fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

All bets placed on AironPlay are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted and recorded by AironPlay's system. A bet slip shown on screen is not confirmation — you must receive a bet reference number.
• AironPlay reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds — for example, due to a technical error or a data feed failure — provided the error is identified within a reasonable timeframe.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, AironPlay will return stakes to the player's account. For parlays, voided legs are removed and the bet is recalculated at the remaining legs' odds.
• In-play bets are accepted at AironPlay's discretion. Live odds change rapidly and a bet will be executed at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance, not at odds displayed during browsing.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and event. Limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

AironPlay's sportsbook decisions on event outcomes are final once officially confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. AironPlay will not accept liability for outcomes based on unofficial sources, social media posts, or preliminary results later overturned.

AironPlay offers promotional bonuses and rewards to eligible players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. The following general conditions apply to all AironPlay promotions:

• Each promotion on AironPlay has specific terms and conditions that govern how it can be used, including minimum odds, eligible markets, expiry dates, and wagering requirements. These are published on the promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated per promotion.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, or per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• AironPlay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, if it determines the promotion is being abused or if circumstances make it no longer viable.
• Bonus funds and free bets cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonuses unless AironPlay explicitly permits it in the promotion's specific terms.
• The Refer a Friend programme on AironPlay rewards you when a friend you refer makes a qualifying deposit and meets the activity threshold. Referral rewards are subject to the specific terms of that programme.

AironPlay is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Philippine players. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your AironPlay account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after playing for a set duration of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your AironPlay account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from AironPlay. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. AironPlay will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications during self-exclusion.

AironPlay is committed to providing a fair and honest platform for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events you know or have reason to believe have been manipulated or fixed.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits made to AironPlay through your payment provider in bad faith.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus structures, or technical anomalies to generate guaranteed profit without genuine betting intent.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false information during registration or verification, or assuming another person's identity to access AironPlay.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use, access, or operate your AironPlay account on your behalf.

AironPlay provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and accurately, AironPlay does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues that are outside AironPlay's direct control.
• Losses resulting from errors in information provided by third-party data feeds, including sports scores, event results, or odds data.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity — even if AironPlay has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to follow these Terms and Conditions or from a player's own misuse of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, AironPlay's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AironPlay collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an AironPlay account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

AironPlay uses your data to verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, provide customer support, and — where you have opted in — send you promotional communications. AironPlay does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

AironPlay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions in a material way, including the prohibited conduct outlined in Section 8.
• AironPlay receives a legal order or regulatory directive requiring account restriction or closure.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in AironPlay's dormancy policy.

In cases where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, AironPlay may withhold any or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting applicable fees, if any.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting AironPlay customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules before the account is formally closed.

If you have a dispute with AironPlay regarding a bet, a transaction, or any decision made on your account, please follow this process:

1. Contact AironPlay customer support via live chat or email at support@aironplay.best. Provide your account details, a description of the dispute, and any relevant reference numbers. Our team aims to respond within 24 hours.
2. If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, you may escalate it in writing to AironPlay's dispute resolution team. Escalations are reviewed by a senior member of the team who was not involved in the initial response.
3. AironPlay will provide a final decision in writing within 10 business days of receiving a complete escalation submission.

All disputes must be submitted within 90 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. AironPlay will not consider disputes raised after this period under normal circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

AironPlay may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, AironPlay will notify players via email or a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at aironplay.best/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of AironPlay after any revision is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any change to these Terms and Conditions, you should close your account and stop using the platform before the changes take effect.
